Zedmonk Ssabatontomi Starts Off His Rap Marathon to Break Guinness Record

Zedmonk Ssabatontomi Guinness World Records starts at Namaste Kampala

Ugandan rapper on his way to a record, Zedmonk Ssabatontomi has started his quest to break the Guinness Book of Records 2024. The event is  currently taking place at Namaste in Kampala where he hoes to create history.

Apparently, the event kicked off at 5:30 pm and has attracted a handful of people with many more still flocking in to witness this historical event. The rapper adopted a heme of ‘MY CULTURE, MY PRIDE.”

Clad in a Kanzu traditional wear, there rapper looks to be fresh and set for this even that will apparently last two days. Well wishers and friends in the place are already sharing positive vibes to keep Zedmonk motivated.

In his opening rap phase, the rapper gave an overview about his history such as education, family and where he grew up. It should be noted that the event is being covered by different media houses such as NBS TV and other local bloggers.

The rapper is expected to rap for 55 hours non stop taking a break of 5 minutes every 1 hour. The current record stands at 48 hours and is held by Japanese rapper, Poney.

Several singers such as Cindy Sanyu the president of the Uganda Musicians Association are already in the place. The Boom Party singer flanked by her friends arrived at the scene to show support to the young rapper who is aspiring greatness.
