Uganda’s rapper Zedmonk Ssabatontomi has officially set the Longest Rap Marathon by an Individual record straight to 75 hours. This breaks the existing record of 48 hours that was set by Japanese rapper Poney.
It should be remembered that, the rapper started his attempt to break the record on Friday 3rd 2024, and today is Monday and he is still running it to make it to 80 hours of nonstop rapping. Zedmonk in his own words assured Ugandans that he must set a record that will be broken, and here it is.
This record was witnessed by many people including the Commissioner of Ministry of Gender Labour and Social Development Juliana Nalume, rapper Feffe Bussi and many other Ugandans convene at Namaste Bar and Restaurant to witness this biggest achievement.

Experts reveal that, by this new record the rapper is set to put up of 80 hours, it may take a whole century for it to be broken. And according to the management of the rapper Zedmonk Ssabatontomi, he is set to break again the record he has set in a few years to come.
He is not the only Ugandan that has attempted to break Guinness World Record and in the books there is Maama D who recently attempted to break the Cookathon record this year.
