Ibanda area in Western Uganda is one of those areas that were attacked by the Anthrax disease. And it is currently under quarantine, but some untouchables of the area like the NRM registrar Ibanda, a one Amwine Innocent acts above the law and puts people’s lives in danger.
Exclusive news coming in indicates that, the NRM boss Ibanda Municipality, Amwine Innocent has followed steps of his area Member of Parliament Hon. Rwaburindore Tarsis Bishanga and worked against the quarantine guidelines of halting slaughtering of animals.
It is learnt that this NRM registrar Ibanda, Amwine Innocent is still slaughtering pigs from a place called Nyabuhikye, and he does the selling of pork around Nyabuhikye and the neighboring areas like Ibanda town without anyone stopping him.
This act puts people’s lives at a very high risk of contracting the Anthrax disease in case the pigs are having it. It is being informed that, Amwine Innocent applies his untouchable immunity and arrogance to tell responsible authorities to back off his business as he can lead to termination of their jobs at will.
Some people in Ibanda even fear to cross roads with him as he acts as the god of the town. His appointment came is a very crocked way when he replaced a one Arimwerenga Moses under very unclear circumstances.

“We were stopped from carrying our the slaughtering of animals in Ibanda, but some people are untouchable like Amwine Innocent who has never stopped slaughtering his pigs. He does this from Nyabuhikye and sells the pork there and supplies in Ibanda town too to those small joints” a source revealed to our Zivuga cops.
Recently, we reported how the area MP Hon. Rwaburindore was slaughtering cows for people to eat at his home in Bisheshe. He too exposed his electorates to Anthrax disease, and since we exposed him, he stopped the act.
It is a very sad situation to find that the people that would be enforcing the quarantine regulations to take place smoothly, are the arrogant ones that are instead exposing people to the deadly disease.
