Uganda, the time to live is now, time to see great things is here, and right now we bring to you a one Mama D aka Dorcus Kirabo Bashebah who has finished her cookathon record breaking.
This happened today the 29th of December 2023 where Mama D aka Dorcus Kirabo Bashebah completed her cooking marathon (Cookathon) with a record time of 144 hours 7 minutes 7 seconds. This is the longest time spent in the cooking history by one individual non stop in the World.
Mama D now has sent her evidence to Guinness World Records as a required procedure so that they do background checks and announce her new record.
Dorcus Kirabo Bashebah breaks the record of a one Irish chef known as Alan Fisher, who cooked for a whole 119 hours and 57 minutes. Now she has set the bar very high for anyone to dare break this record has to prepare for a very long time.
Furthermore, all the food that she has been cooking was being eaten by those that would go to Zoe’s Cakes ‘n’ Bites in Kira where the cookathon was taking place.
The rest of the food would be supplied to the street children, and more than 500 children were served on free food from Mama D. She becomes the second Ugandan to break a Guinness World Record after a one Kahuma broke a record of making the largest rollex in the world.
