Rapper Zedmonk Ssabatontomi Gears Up Attempt to Set New Guinness World Record 2024

Zedmonk Ssabatontomi attempt to break Guinness world record of Longest rap marathon 2024

Zedmonk Ssabatontomi is a Ugandan rapper and freestyler that has been on the music scene for some years. He has shown his interest in setting a new record of the Guinness World Record for the Longest Rap Marathon by an Individual 2024.

It is being confirmed that, on the 3rd of May 2024, Zedmonk Ssabatontomi will embark on a remarkable challenge to break the Guinness world record for the longest rap marathon. This will see him rap for two straight days from 3rd May to 5th May 2024.

Zedmonk, is not only Uganda’s youngest male most intentionally nominated rapper, but also is widely recognized for his exceptional freestyle skills and his influential role as the CEO of TRT Entertainment Africa.

It should be known that, the record he is looking forward to breaking is currently held by a Japanese rapper named Poney who bagged the milestone on the 22nd of April, 2023 and stands at an impressive 48 hours, 1 minute  and 10 seconds. Beating Daniel Alcon’s previous record of 39 hours.

However, Zedmonk Ssabatontomi aims to surpass this feat by rapping for a staggering of 55 hours. This duration equates to approximately two days and five hours making it incredibly challenging endeavor for anyone who may wish to attempt it in future.

During his record-breaking attempt, Zedmonk will adhere to specific rules regarding rest periods. He will be allowed to a mere 5 minutes of rest after every hour of continuous rapping or 20 minutes of rest after every four hours.

These strict guidelines further emphasize the immense dedication and perseverance required to achieve such a remarkable feat.

He will be attempting to set a new Guinness World record from Namaste Kampala,  and as he prepares to make history on 3rd of May 2024, the world eagerly awaits to witness this extraordinary rap marathon.
