Nince Henry and Ezi Wear

Singer Nince Henry has been exposed by an artist, a one Ezi Wear who alleges that he used his artwork without any authorization from him. The artwork in question is for Nince Henry’s new song Ofunda Ne Chupa he just released.

Ezi Wear says that, he is the one who designed the artwork and he sent a mockup piece for approval to Nince Henry. To his surprise, he did not get feedback from the singer until he saw the same artwork being used as the song album for Ofunda Ne Chupa.

The raged Ezi Wear took it to his social media handles and exposed Nince Henry saying that he removed the watermark from the artwork and used it without both parties agreeing on terms and payments.

Urgent notice, Unauthorized use of my artwork. It is disheartening to reveal that, Nince Henry used my artwork without permission for his latest song cover, removing my watermark. This highlights a concerning issue in respecting artist’s rights” Ezi Wear posted.

By the time of this publication, our efforts to reach Nince Henry were still futile. But we are still making it a point to have him say a word and we get his side of the story. But still, using someone’s art without agreeing is unethical and unbecoming of an established artiste like him.
