Sad news coming in indicates that Makerere University is currently mourning the untimely death of its staff called Prof. Josephine Namuganwa Kasolo. She has been one of those top lecturers that were heading sciences at the famous University.
Prof. Josephine Namuganwa Kasolo was an Associate Professor Department of Physiology, Makerere University College of Health Sciences. More so, she was a lecturer in all areas of Medical Physiology.
Looking at her other side of life, Prof. Josephine was a resourceful person on Human health rights, domestic violence to under graduates. This made her very much loved by students that were in her reach.
The cause of her death is not yet made public, and burial arrangements are underway. Makerere University referred to her as a “distinguished scientist and a great role model of students” in a statement that was published yesterday.
Prof. Josephine Namuganwa Kasolo led a lot of projects and research that boosted the University’s research and data. Among them includes;
