As UNEB releases UACE 2023 results, we are going to have a look at the top and best schools in UACE, specifically Wakiso district since it is the best performing district in 2023 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education. On this list, we shall see in no order all schools that scored 15 to 20 points in Wakiso district.
These schools include; St. Mary’s Secondary school Kitende, King’s College Buddo, St. Mary’s College Kisubi, St. Julian High School Annex Gayaza, Uganda Martyrs SS Namugongo, Naalya Secondary school Namugongo, Bulooba Royal College, Uganda Martyrs SS Namugongo.
More to that are; Buddo Secondary school, London College of St. Lawrence, Light Academy Secondary school, Trinity College Nabbingo, Lubiri High School Buloba campus, Rines Secondary School Namusera among others.

Over time immemorable, Wakiso district has been taking the lead in all results at all levels from PLE, UCE and UACE and it has maintained consistence. This year’s top and best performing schools in Wakiso have seen a faint shift in positions, but many of them are among those that toped in UACE 2022.
UNEB faced an uphill task making this year’s results release happen as they delayed. Many sources reveal that, it was a hard task to have a meeting scheduled with the Minister of Education and Sports before the release as she was busy.
