Dancehall singer Cindy Sanyu has finally opened up about why she hates fellow singer Sheebah Karungi so much. The Boom Party singer was asked if the battle between the two last year was a stunt.
She disagreed with this and said everything about this music bout was real and had personal feelings attached to it. This is because she mentored and nurtured Sheebah when she had just left The Obsessions.
The King Herself went ahead to say that she wrote a song that kick-started Sheebah’s career and taught her all about the industry for about two years. Besides, Sheebah was under her care for a period of two years.
Therefore when she became successful and decided to trim the hand that fed her, Cindy felt disrespected. Cindy Sanyu therefore had to teach Sheebah and her fans who the master is. Additionally, she said that she doesn’t have a single pinch of love for the Queen Karma.
“I don’t like that chic at all and everything about the battle was personal not a stunt. What I want people to know is that I taught that girl everything she knows about the industry. After quitting her group she came to me and I had for about two years. I wrote her first song and even took her on tour. Therefore turning against me when she became successful triggered me,” she said.
Meanwhile, Sheebah on the other hand seems to have gotten over the music encounter between herself and Cindy. She’s accused the Dilemma singer of still using this battle to stay relevant. According to Sheebah, everything was settled in the arena and the singer should move on.

Cindy meanwhile also addressed allegations that she’s pregnant once again. This is after photos of her made rounds on social media after her performance at the Roast and Rhyme concert.
Cindy who already has three kids said that these images were altered for social media attention. Besides, even if she decides to get pregnant, it’s nobody’s business.
