As the end of the year 2023 approaches, the Ugandan music industry is gearing up for a memorable celebration in honor of the legendary Lord Fred Sebatta. That is why the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) has arranged the Jam session for a tribute to the Kadongo Kamu Legend.
Lord Fred Sebatta, is a key figure in the Ugandan music industry, has left an indelible mark through his unique talent and musical style. Known for his exceptional mastery of the Kadongo Kamu genre, he has captivated audiences with his soul-stirring songs, memorable performances, and poetic lyrics.
Throughout his career, he has earned immense respect and admiration from both fellow musicians and music enthusiasts. This jam session will stand as a testament to the impact Lord Fred Sebatta has had on the Ugandan music scene. This is set to motivate others to work hard for such in their lives.
“The UNMF extends an open invitation to the general public to join this momentous celebration of Lord Fred Sebatta’s achievements. This jam session promises to be an unforgettable night characterized by live performances, spontaneous collaborations, and a great musical atmosphere.” UNMF started its invitation.

“Artists from various genres, as well as Sebatta’s contemporaries and protégés, will pay tribute to his legacy through their renditions of his timeless classics.” Uganda National Musicians Federation concluded.
Lord Fred Sebatta has done more than 30 songs in his musical career, and some of them include; Sam Wange, Baana Bange, Nalwewuuba, Bamulya Asooka, Enjawulo Yabafumbo, Obugenyi, Obulamu Bumpi and many more.
This historic jam session is scheduled for December 19, 2023, at the A’lure Hotel in Mutundwe. Where revellers will treated to his classics alongside many artistes that will grace the event..
