The student asked him to go to her place asserting that it was safe since her auntie was not around. Insinuating that, they would be safe and free to do whatever they wanted. At the time of his arrest, he was found with two unused packets of condoms and a 1,000 shs note.
He was held at Kanyanya Territorial Police on allegations of attempting to defile a 15 year old girl. He is to face court any time.
