Yesterday, Northern Uganda’s top musician Munu Bernard Paul aka BeePee died in a reported motor accident. This happened in the evening hours near Front Page Lounge in Lira. But how did this accident that took BeePee’s life happen?
Well, we are reliably informed that, the Par Pira singer was nearing Front page Lounge when he was riding on a motorcycle, and it clashed into the car that was speeding. This was at around 09:00 p.m. and Munu Bernard Paul aka BeePee was rushed to Lira Regional Referral hospital in Intensive Care Unit.
His elder brother Ronald Apunyo is the one that broke the news to the world on how BeePee died at 00:05hours on Wednesday. This saw a wave of condolence messages flood social media among other celebrities like Bobi Wine and eddy Kenzo who confirmed, Northern Uganda lost a great talent.
“I would like to announce the untimely death of my young brother Munu Bernard Paul aka BeePee which occurred today Wenesday January 2024 at 00:05am” the announcement read on social media. Northern Uganda artistes like Maroz Atine showed their pain by saying that, this is a blow to Northern Uganda’s music industry.

Before his death, Munu Bernard Paul aka BeePee had won many awards including Northern Uganda’s artiste of the year. And he had dropped songs like; Makmot, Nama Acel, Amuge and many more. Rest well brother.
