Nixon Kitimoi named in 100 Most Influential Young Africans list alongside Charlene Ruto

Uganda’s Dr. Nixon Kitimoi hits the rock once again as he appears on the list of the 100 Most Influential Young Africans 2024. On the list, he appears with Charlene Ruto, a daughter to Kenya’s president William Ruto.

This huge announcement was made by the Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation (PAYLF). And the prestigious ceremony was held last Saturday in Ghana. This means that Dr. Nixon Kitimoi is one of the most decorated young Africans.

This is so because he also recently won the the Forty Under 40 Awards 2024 beating Kenya’s Collins Muriuki of Terra Softworks. His appearing on the 100 Most Influential Young Africans 2024 list means that he is now at the top of it all.

On the same list, Charlene Ruto came in at number two as Dr. Nixon Kitimoi featured too. It should be remembered that, Nixon is known for being into the innovation, finance and investment fields that have seen him not only put great things up, but also inspire many young people like him.

He is one of the youngest investors in Uganda with an investment portfolio of more than $6bn from syndicated investment funds and special purpose vehicles.

He is also the Founder & Chief Investment Officer at 1stock an investment management company that oversees over $90 million in Assets Under Management and Capital Commitments.

On the other hand, Charlene Ruto is the founder of SMACHS Foundation, a youth-led non-profit organization that empowers young people to lead the fight against hunger and climate change.

She is also a Youth Leader, a Member of the Dear Community that signs in KSL, Pan Africanist, farmer and many other things she holds at her hand. She is also an inspiration to the youths.
