Just days after her video found its way on the internet, curvy and bootylicious singer Gloria Bugie is seeking justice. Bugie has filed a lawsuit against the man she claims recorded and distributed the video without her consent. This incident has sparked widespread debate about privacy rights and the responsibility of individuals to protect personal content.
According to Gloria Bugie, the video was recorded in a hotel room. While she acknowledges the location, she maintains that the release of the video was a severe breach of her trust and privacy.
The incident has caused significant emotional distress for her and her family. The rising star claims the ordeal has brought shame upon her and could potentially jeopardize her burgeoning music career.
Determined to seek justice, Bugie has taken legal action against the man she alleges recorded and leaked the video. She firmly believes in holding him accountable for his actions, sending a clear message about consent and respect in an age where digital content can be easily shared and manipulated.
“My lawyers have already done their part, and I am waiting to see that man who recorded me face the law, this video has traumatized me and my family and my dignity has dropped because of just one man” she was quoted saying.
It should be noted that, Gloria had just made a breakthrough with her hit song called Nyash and it is still making rounds. But still, before this incident, the singer was being warned by all stakeholders about her dress code that was very close to nude.
